Kevin Coates founds The Advantage Group, opening 4 communities in its first year.

1996

Reno, NV office launched, providing sales and marketing services to 3 Nevada communities, plus 4 community Grand Openings in California.

2004

As home values approach new highs, our resale program kicks off and staff grows to a team of 15.

2011

Sales and Marketing Consulting services introduced, delivering full-service developing expertise, from initial analysis to closing.

2024

The Advantage Group and Shine join together to create NuHome Sales and Marketing.

1993

Market research services launched, providing builders with deeper insight into buyers and market trends.

1999

Sales services expand to cover all of California’s Central Valley. 800+ closings in 20 communities across California and Nevada.

2008

Dubai international marketing program is established for high rise sales.

2014

“Shopping Services” launched for new home builders.
